We, at BYMEDIATION, are always striving to resolve disputes using Mediation and Conciliation tools.

Our focus is fixed on providing reliable and innovative solutions, driven by a deep respect for quality and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.

We appreciate that people who have issues to resolve want opportunity to be heard and we lend our system and processes to help parties navigate issues, negotiate optimal solutions suitable for their situation while putting the parties in the driving seat, knowing that they understand themselves, their issues and needs more  than any one else and are therefore, the best judges of what solutions are most suitable for their own situations.  Our clients can therefore hope to achieve optimal resolution of their issues, preserve relationships that are valuable to them and maintain their confidentiality while navigating the answers. If that feels empowering, it is because Mediation is indeed empowering while  being realistic at the same time, realistic  enough to know that, it is not all and every issues that are suitable for Mediation. As there are just those odd few things for which Mediation may not be suitable. Like, high conflict situations, cases where power imbalances will evidently inhibit good faith negotiations. Like where harm will be caused, or fraud is revealed. And, such and other forms of abuses that only litigation will be suitable for a just decision or resolution of the matter.

It is always advised that parties first ascertain their legal rights independently, to arm themselves with adequate information on what their rights and responsibilities are before coming into mediation. Inside of the boundary of matters considered suitable for mediation, is a canvas, to make your own imprints, as parties to mediation.
